El ciclista francés Aubin Sparfel (Decathlon CMA CGM Development) se ha impuesto en la cuarta etapa del Tour del Porvenir disputada sobre 150,8 kilos entre Saint Vallier y Semur-en-Auxois. Mattia Negrente (SDS) y Riccardo Lorrello (Italia), segundo y tercera respectivamente. Niels Driesen (Lotto-Groupe) es el nuevo líder.
